Sharing your work times with clients or employers is simple with TimeChief. Follow these steps to generate and share detailed work reports directly from the app.
1. Access the Report Feature:
On the Main Screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Select Excel Reports from the menu.
2. Customize Your Report:
1. Select Date Range: Choose the specific date range you want to include in the report.
2. Exclude Empty Days: Optionally, you can exclude days that have no recorded data.
3. Add a Summary Row: For days with multiple work records, you can add a summary row to see the total time for that day.
4. Include Attachments: Decide whether to include any attachments in the report.
5. Filter by Tags: If needed, you can generate a report for work associated with a specific tag (e.g., a particular client).
3. Preview and Create Your Report:
Tap on Preview Report to review the report before finalizing it.
Once satisfied, tap on Create Report to save it on your device or send it directly to your client or employer.
