Lock times that have already been paid out

Prevent your employees to change or tamper with past time records

After you invoice your customers or pay out salaries, you should disallow your employees to edit their time records.

This way you can avoid situations where your employee changes times in secret and demands an additional reward.

To lock a time period for edits and creating new entries, do the following:

1. Go to the Dashboard

2. Scroll to the "Locked time periods" card and tap "Add"

3. Select a date range that should be disabled for edits

4. When employees try to create or edit time records, they will get a message explaining that it is no longer possible.
