# How to Get Help

Chat with us!

At TimeChief, we strive to make our app intuitive and user-friendly, but we know that sometimes you might need a bit of extra help or have suggestions for new features. That’s why we offer easy access to support through our online chat. 💬

## **1\. Open the Menu:**

-   On the main screen of TimeChief, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
    

## **2\. Find the Online Help Section:**

-   Scroll down through the menu until you see **Online Help**. Tap on it.

## **3\. Choose Your Support Option:**

-   You'll be presented with a few options:
    
    -   **Report an Issue:** If you're experiencing a problem, use this option to get assistance.
        
    -   **Request a Feature:** Do you have an idea for a new feature? Let us know!
        
    -   **Send Us a Message:** Feel free to reach out for any other inquiries or feedback.

## **4\. Connect via Online Chat:**

-   Based on your selection, you’ll be redirected to our online chat, where you can communicate directly with our support team.
